Front Bumper Mask: C4 - FBM 400 Installation Instructions

Step #1: Remove *the four (4) screws and retaining clips that attach the fender liner to the front fender on both the driver side and the passenger side and replace with the snap head assembly that is supplied with the FBM. (CAUTION: Do not over tighten these screws or the snap head will come loose from the screw.)

Step #2: Open the hood, clean the backside of bumper under the hood and install the adhesive backed Velcro strips to the bumper to match up with the Velcro strip on the mask. Install the Front Bumper Mask. As follows:

Step #3 :Attach the top four snaps on one end of the FBM to the inside of the fender. Stretch the FBM across the front of the bumper (the top has the Velcro strip). Now attach the snaps on the other end to the inside of the fender. The bottom corner of the mask clips to the edge of the air dam.

Step #4 : From the center of the car pull the mask up over the bumper positioning the top of the mask and attaching it to the Velcro strip on the backside of the bumper. Finish installing the top of the mask along the leading edge of the bumper.

NOTE: : Clean the bumper surfaces with tar and grease remover and install the adhesive backed Velcro strip as noted. Position the strip to match up with the top edge of the FBM

Care of your bumper mask : The mask may be cleaned using a mild detergent (no bleach). You may hand or machine wash (use a laundry bag when machine washing). Use a concentrated soap solution on areas of the mask that may be particularly dirty. Allow the material to air dry . Always make sure the front of the car is clean and free of sand and grit before installing the Bumper Mask . For the best life do not leave the mask on the car for extended periods.
